Weapon: Very sharp shards of what seem to be stone.

Skills: ▶ Defensive barrier: Can create a barrier around him and others in a close proximity to protect from attacks. If his stamina is low it is highly difficult for him to create one and therefore he chooses not to. If he does create one with low stamina it'll use up the rest of his stamina and after that he will be unable to fight.
▶ Object levitation: This is usually how he chooses to fight. As Yukio is not skilled in hand to hand combat, he usually uses levitation to fling an object towards his enemy, such as the shards he carries with him. If he chooses, he might also fling a near by object at the enemy, however if the object is too heavy he many not be able to use it very easily, or even pick it up in the first place.
▶ Becoming invisible: Yukio can't actually become invisible, and although he has a way of hiding himself naturally that is not his skill. The barrier's Yukio is able to create aren't just good for blocking attack, but can also help in hiding himself from an enemy. If he does it right, he is able to get the barrier to reflect his surroundings making him appear to be invisible. He can only use this for a short time, however, and it does take up a lot of stamina.

▶ At first glance Yukio appears to be a quiet and emotionless individual, this is usually due to the fact that he is very withdrawn and up in the clouds during classes, as well as independent, which makes people feel that he in unapproachable. However, once classes finish, Yukio is back to his normal self, usually giving a warm smile to those who approach him with good intentions. Although Yukio happens to be indecisive, he is still highly reliable and many people come to him for advice, as he is rational and usually knows what to do. Most of the time Yukio is friendly and sociable, and happens to be quite genuine. However, from time to time when Yukio smiles that genuine feeling is gone, and is instead replaced by a falseness, accompanied by a cold look in his eyes. It seems as though Yukio has another side to him, a darker one, and being around him gives a cold feeling. This happens most when Yukio is in battle, and when he is in a serious situation or feels threatened.

History: ▶ Yukio was born and raised in Nagatsuki along with his oldest brother, older sister and younger sister. His family was a rather reserved and traditional family of Spirit World Warriors. Growing up, Yukio and his siblings were very aware of their powers and dreamed of the days they would begin to fight youmu. Often they would play a sort of tag game where one of them was a Spirit World Warrior, and all the other youmu (once the SWW caught one of the "youmu", the player would sit out). Although they were very aware of their world they knew they couldn't tell anyone and were told constantly to keep it a secret. Their parents would constantly distance them from normal human children and keep their contact between other Spirit World Warriors and certain youmu.

▶ Yukio spent his childhood with his siblings mostly, as his parents didn't take well to most other families of Spirit World Warriors. Although Yukio and his little sister Kameko were constantly bullied by their older siblings, they would still play with them and hang around them, mostly because their siblings were never too mean to them. However, as they got a bit older they felt they had full control over Yukio and Kameko. Soon, their aunt moved in and so to feel better they always played with their aunt. Their aunt, the youngest sister of their mother (a lot younger too) was the odd one in the family, as she was very outgoing, silly and clumsy. Their aunt was a Spirit World Warrior, however primarily took interest in being the owner of a small café in Nagatsuki, as she loved cooking. She would often cook with Yukio and Kameko, which sparked Yukio's love of cooking.

▶ Asides from being a Spirit World Warrior, Yukio lived a fairly normal life, and as he and his siblings got older they all got along. Upon Yukio entering his second year of middle school, his brother Susumu moved away to go to medical school, and once he entered high school his sister Miyako moved away to attend university. Yukio, a bit saddened by this, started spending a lot more time cooking with his aunt, eventually she suggested that he work in her café. Soon after he began work as his aunt's café (during his first year of high school), his parents had decided he had come of age to become a registered Spirit World Warrior.

▶ He continued to have a relatively normal life as he became a registered Spirit World Warrior, although he fought youmu almost everyday, things pretty much remained the same as began his third and final year of high school.
